Defect Description	MISBUILT WIRING HARNESSES MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON CERTAIN VEHICLES. THIS WOULD ALLOW THE POWER WINDOWS TO BE OPERATED WHILE THE IGNITION KEY IS TURNED OFF, A CONDITION WHICH FAILS TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 118, POWER OPERATED WINDOW SYSTEMS.
Effect of Defect
Fix Defect	DEALER WILL INSPECT THE WIRING HARNESS AND REPAIR, IF NECESSARY.
