Defect Description	THE CONTROL (SERVO) CABLE MAY BE INCORRECTLY ALIGNED WITH THE THROTTLE CONTROL LEVER. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE THE SPEED CONTROL TO FAIL TO DISENGAGE.
Effect of Defect
Fix Defect	THE C ONTROL CABLE WILL BE REALIGNED AND THE THROTTLE CONTROL LEVER WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PART TO ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT. T HIS WILL BE DONE AT NO CHARGE TO OWNER.
