CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: CONTINUED USE OF THESE WHEELS MAY CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE AND POSSIBLY AN ACCIDENT. |

| Fix Defect | REPLACE DUAL REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLIES AND MOUNT EXISTING TIRES ON RIMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY BEING USED. ALSO, PROVIDE STICKERS TO BE PLACED IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION TO EMPHASIZE THE NECESSITY TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED TORQUE PROCEDURE. |
