Fix Defect	THE STEERING GEAR WILL BE RELOCATED, ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR THE IDLER ARM AND UNIVERSAL JOINT. THE STEERING ASSEMBLY WILL BE UPGRADED TO THE CURRENT DESIGN.
