Defect Description	THE MAIN FEED WIRE AND HORN RELAY-FLASHER FEED WIRE MAY HAVE BEEN CONNECTED IN REVERSE POSITIONS IN THE NUMBER TWO CIRCUIT BREAKER IN THE DRIVERS CONTROL PANEL. OWNERS ARE ASKED TO DETERMINE IF THE NUMBER TWO CIRCUIT BREAKER IS CORRECTLY WIRED, AND IF NOT, TO CORRECT THE WIRING AS SPECIFIED IN THE OWNERS NOTIFICATION.
Effect of Defect	VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRANSIT BUSES.SYSTEM: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; WIRING.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: THE VEHICLE MAY BE MOVED WHEN THE REAR DOOR IS OPEN,AND MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY TO PASSENGERS.
