Defect Description	A REQUIRED WELD JOINING A WALKING BEAM BUSHING SPACER TO THE AXLE HANGER BRACKET MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: REAR AXLE COULD SEPARATE FROM THE REAR SUSPENSION, CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
