Effect of Defect	FLASHER DID NOT MEET THE HAZARD FLASHER PERFORMANCE TESTREQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN FMVSS 108.
Fix Defect	INSTALL A COMBINATION TURN/HAZARD FLASHER THAT COMPLIES WITH THIS STANDARD.
