Effect of Defect UNDER SEVERE CONDITIONS, SUCH AS EXTREME IMPACT TO THE MODULAR BOX OR A ROLLOVER, DOORS COULD SEPARATE FROM THE PIN AND OPEN; THIS WOULD ALLOW OCCUPANTS TO BE EXPELLED FROM AMBULANCE IF NOT SECURED BY SAFETY BELTS.
Fix Defect INSTALL NEW STRIKER PINS THAT MEET FMVSS 206 REQUIREMENTS.
