CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: IN TIMES OF REDUCED VISIBILITY, AN APPROACHING VEHICLE MAY NOT BE AWARE OF THIS VEHICLE WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
