Effect of Defect	BUSES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 217, AND COULD CONFUSEPASSENGERS TRYING TO EXIT IN AN EMERGENCY.
Fix Defect	PROPERLY LABEL RIGHT EXIT DOOR AS 'EMERGENCY EXIT'; RELOCATE EMERGENCY EXIT LABELS; AND INSTALL LEGIBLE WINDOW EMERGENCY EXIT INSTRUCTIONS.
