Effect of Defect	THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL, WITHOUTPRIOR WARNING, AND A VEHICLE CRASH.
Fix Defect	REPLACE STEERING GEAR MOUNTING BRACKETS WITH PROPERLY WELDED BRACKETS.
