Defect Description	ENGINE COOLING FAN IS SUBJECT TO HIGH STRESS AND POTENTIAL FATIGUE PROBLEMS.
Effect of Defect	FAN FAILURE COULD RESULT IN PARTS BEING PROPELLED OUTSIDEOF THE FAN SHROUD, WHICH COULD INJURE THE PERSON STANDING NEAR THE ENGINECOMPARTMENT.
Fix Defect	REPLACE FAN WITH AN ALTERNATE FAN.
