Defect Description	AN INCORRECT 3/4 INCH BOLT WAS INSTALLED ON RT/RS 450 SUSPENSION.
Effect of Defect	THIS BOLT MAY BREAK, CAUSING DISENGAGEMENT OF THE BEAM CONNECTION OF REAR SUSPENSION, RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Fix Defect	RETROFIT CHASSIS WITH 1 INCH BOLTS.
