Effect of Defect	UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, STEERING LINKAGE COULD GO INTOA TOGGLE CONDITION RESULTING IN A SLOW WHEEL RETURN AND IMPAIRED STEERINGCONTROL, CREATING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
