Effect of Defect	THIS COULD RESULT IN SLOW STEERING RETURN WITHOUT PRIORWARNING WHICH WOULD AFFECT STEERING CONTROL AND CREATE THE POTENTIAL FOR ACRASH.
Fix Defect	REPLACE INCORRECT STEERING ARM.
