Effect of Defect	PASSENGERS CAN BREAK THE EXPOSED FLOURESCENT TUBES ANDCUT THEIR HANDS.
Fix Defect	A COVER WILL BE INSTALLED TO ENSURE PASSENGER PROTECTION AGAINST CUTS IF THE FLOURESCENT TUBES ARE BROKEN.
