Effect of Defect	AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD MAY EXIST IF AN INSULATIONFAILURE OF A CONDUCTOR INSIDE THE CONVERTER SHOULD OCCUR.
Fix Defect	INSTALL CONVERTER CASE GROUND CONDUCTOR.
