Defect Description	THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING MAY NOT AUTOMATICALLY RETURN THE THROTTLE LEVER TO THE IDLE POSTION IN THE EVENT THAT THE LINKAGE BECOMES DISCONNECTED.
Effect of Defect	THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF ACCELERATOR CONTROL IF THE THROTTLE LINKAGE FAILS IN THE FULL OPEN POSITION. THIS COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Fix Defect	INSTALL AN IMPROVED THROTTLE RETURN KIT.
