Effect of Defect	SUCH INTERFERENCE MAY DISLODGE CAP AND ALLOW HYDROGENGAS TO ESCAPE AND CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD.
Fix Defect	REPLACE THREE CELL CAP WITH INDIVIDUAL BATTERY CELL CAPS.
