Effect of Defect	FRACTURED UPPER HUB CASTING COULD RESULT IN LOSS OFSTEERING CONTROL WITHOUT WARNING AND AN ACCIDENT.
Fix Defect	REMOVE AND REPLACE THE UPPER HUB CASTING AND INSTALL A HUB PLATE.
