Effect of Defect	THIS COULD RESULT IN REDUCED BRAKING CAPABILITY WITHPOTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.
Fix Defect	INSTALL NEW BRAKE PIPE ASSEMBLIES WITH REDESIGNED MOUNTING BRACKETS.
