Effect of Defect	THE PAWL TO BASE CLEARANCE PRECLUDES THE INABILITY TOENGAGE THE SEAT BELT CONNECTOR.
Fix Defect	INSPECT AND REPLACE ALL BUCKLE ASSEMBLIES FOUND WITH IMPROPER CLEARANCE.
