Effect of Defect	BRAKE FLUID LOSS RESULTS IN LOSS OF PRESSURE CAUSINGPARTIAL LOSS OF BRAKING ABILITY, WHICH MAY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT.
Fix Defect	REPLACE THE OUT-OF-SPECIFICATION ADAPTERS.
